Hello there! I am thrilled you have found us. I’m Sharn and I am a mindset and marketing mentor as well as an international motivational speaker. Having built two successful business from the ground up I know exactly what tools and strategies you need to succeed. My mission is to inspire and motivate Asian women globally to break down cultural and economic barriers so that women can be the best versions of themselves unapologetically.
My goal and purpose of this event is for you to leaving super confident and ready to step into the highest version of yourself – unapologetically!
Anjuli Patel - Speaker
Anjuli is the founder of Aesthetics by Dr Anj, a medical aesthetics business built from a passion to empower women to feel more confident in their own skin and breaking the stigma surrounding facial aesthetic treatments. She is a dentist by trade but began her business in 2020 from scratch utilising instagram alone and chose to quit dentistry in 2021 to pursue her own business full time. She also co-runs a fashion instagram account @anjandpri which she started with her best friend in 2017 and they have grown a 90% female following of 50,000 followers across their social platforms.
She will be talking about how to successfully start and build a brand using social media from both an influencer and business perspective through detailed social media strategies. She will also be providing detailed insight into how brands need to navigate influencer partnerships and leverage these for social media for success.
Tanvi Shah - Speaker
Tanvi Shah is a 26 year old British Indian who was born and raised in London, UK. After spending almost 5 years in the Banking & Finance world and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at a Big 4 Firm, she has now transitioned into being a full-time creator, presenter and social media consultant. Tanvi has positioned herself as one of the most recognisable South Asian females in the UK at present and has built a following of over 120,000 across her social media platforms as well as having a radio show on the BBC and in Canada.
She has featured in BBC Panorama, Business Insider, The Independent and the Piccadilly Circus Billboard in London. In her free time she is a semi-professional netballer, a freelance model and has recently released her own gym wear collection to encourage more women to prioritize their physical and mental wellbeing. She continuously raises awareness for gender and racial equality across fashion, media and sports.
Nileeka Bose - Speaker
Nileeka Bose is the UK’s preeminent young choreographer in the world of Bollywood and Asian dance. On screen, Nileeka’s work can be seen in Marvel Studios feature Eternals. She has choreographed Working Title feature Polite Society. Further work for TV & film includes Dancing On Ice (ITV), Flirty Dancing (C4), and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel 2 (2015). On stage, Nileeka recently choreographed the UK premiere workshop production of Starry: The Vincent van Gough Musical. She also choreographed for the Televised Platinum Jubilee celebrations, for our dear late Queen and was the Creative Director of the India Segment.
Nileeka has extensive experience creating visuals for major live events and with music artists; her collaborators include DJ Snake, Fuse ODG, Naughty Boy and Steven Wilson. She has worked on arena shows for BBC Asian Network and Brit Asia TV; her festival projects have taken her to Ibiza, Berlin, the Philippines, and Wilderness Festival in the UK.
As founder of The Bollywood Co, Nileeka choreographs and sources dance talent for major brands, corporates and private functions. Her clients range from native Indian stars like Guru Randhawa & Sidhu Moosewala, right through to quintessential British brands such as Burberry & British Airways.
She will be sharing all her experience and wisdom from being in business for over a decade and how she has been able to achieve SO much and scale her business to a huge level.
KAM LOTA - Speaker
Kam is the founder of Soul Kami and works with divine, ascended, celestial and galactic energies to alchemize stagnant emotions so that her clients can experience elevated states of mind and embody them more fully. They are then able to nurture a deeper connection to source and experience more of their authentic selves. This results in greater gratitude, presence and awareness which can bring about absolute magic in their daily lives.
It is Kam’s divine soul mission to work with the soul through energy modalities, meditation and sound healing to bring in more expansion, love, compassion and awareness to human consciousness, both on an individual and collective level, to help humanity and planet earth to rise together!
Kam will be leading you into a deeply relaxing meditation before holding space for a group Angelic Reiki/energy healing session working with portal alchemy and quantum principles to access your highest possible timelines for 2023 and beyond.

Tickets are NON-transferable and NON-refundable under any circumstance. If for any reason we need to move or cancel this event (including Covid) your tickets will be transferred to a future event and refunds will not be provided.
There isn't any parking at the hotel so please plan your trip accordingly.
Your entry to the event is all included including all talks from the guest speakers as well as the panel discussions/ Lunch is not included but you can purchase lunch off the premises in the Canary Wharf area.
