I’m Sharn Khaira — an ICF and AAAP certified business and mindset coach with over a decade of experience in both offline and online marketing. Business and mindset coaching isn’t my first rodeo — before this, I built a highly successful luxury Asian wedding planning and events company from the ground up.
But my journey started far from glamorous. I was born and raised on the roughest street in my hometown, surrounded by drugs and prostitution. By all expectations, I was destined to stay small, stuck, and poor. For over a decade, I lived in my overdraft, believing that was all life had for me.
And yet, everything changed when I rewired my mindset. I went from survival mode to generating over £1 million in online sales — as an Asian woman, as a woman of colour — something that was completely unheard of in my community.
